2) Farm Management:
We take care of the ongoing management of the property.

Our Farm Management Services include but are not limited to:
- Negotiating yearly written leases with your tenant or finding a new tenant if needed.
- Providing accounting services including paying all bills and receiving farm income through an interest bearing account you set up with us. This also includes a yearly income and expenses statement and summary of cash flows you can use for taxes
- Handling all Farm Service Agency programs and paperwork
- Supervising any conservation programs for the farm
- Providing yearly lease analysis to make sure you are staying up with market conditions.
- Merchandising farm grain if you are in a share type lease
- Rentals of buildings if they are on the farm
- Paying real estate taxes through the farm account
- Regular written reports with farm pictures throughout the growing season to keep you up to date on farm status.
- Producing a yearly farm budget and analysis reports.
- Work on your behalf to handle any and all matters that pertain to the farm
